Santa Isabel is a farm in the Cobán region of Guatemala, right in the center of the country. We've gotten coffee from there every year for a number of years now, and it always seems very special. Grown at 1310 - 1525 meters above sea level, the cool, cloudy, rainy weather makes for very distinct and different growing conditions from many of the other Guatemalan coffees we carry.
